For optimal results, avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications 24-72 Hours prior to using Ultra Mask 1 Hour Liquid Formula. Many over-the-counter and prescription medications will produce false-positive test results! Drinking plenty of water the days prior to using Ultra Mask will help lower the body's toxicity level. Avoid alcohol within 24 hours of using this product, since alcohol dehydrates the body. If your body is dehydrated you will not be able to effectively flush toxins from your body.

For optimal results, avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 24 hours prior to use. Many over-the-counter and prescription medications will produce false-positive test results. Drinking plenty of water the days prior to using POWER FLUSH will help reduce toxin levels. Limit water intake the day you intend to use POWER FLUSH to avoid over-hydration, which will result in excessive water in the urine and a urine sample that will be labeled as "dilute."

1) Take seven POWER FLUSH capsules with a 24 oz. glass of water. Repeat every 20 minutes until all herbal capsules are consumed.
2) Take vitamin-B and creatine-monohydrate capsules after consumin herbal capsules.
3) Finish taking capsules shortly prior to your desired time to be cleansed. Effective up to five hours.
